From the moment of a candidate selection up to the time of his/her arrival, it takes 30-60 days

We try to reduce the risk to the lowest possible level. We ask our foreign partners to adhere strictly the client's requirements and check CVs and respective Letters of recommendation. If you get a unsuitable hire, we provide you with a replacement free of charge, within the first 90 days

       Initially in English language which is a must; later on in Serbian language.

It is pretty easy. In the course of the selection process, the candidate gets insights and explanations regarding the life in Serbia (climate, food, representation of other religions, etc..). It is important to be patient in the beginning, provide them with decent accommodation and mandatory WIFI. In the beginning, until they settle down and meet people, they will communicate more often with family and friends.
